A 1930s pastel candy-colored crochet top with a ruffled collar, puffed sleeves, and elastic waist. The top also has decorative buttons at the front neckline. I think the fabric is a cotton-rayon blend (it's stiffer than 30s cottons but doesn't have the sheen that most 30s rayon crochets have).
