A vintage 1930s crochet dress with flutter sleeves. It's a cream crochet that feels like cotton and has red buttons and red trim on the bodice. It also has brown trim at the bottom of the skirt.

Size: xs to small

Bust: 32" (will likely stretch to 34-35" if snaps are put between the buttons to prevent front from pulling open between the buttons)

Waist (at seam): 33" -- has a bit of stretch to fit over bust/shoulders

Hip: 38-44"

Length: 49"

Bodice length (to seam, though the waist isn't the narrowest part of dress): 18"

Condition: Very good to good. There is an area of darkening on the back bodice (see next to last photo) as well as what looks like an area of color bleed above the back bottom hem. Neither of these flaws really jump out at you and dress has been cleaned. The main flaw is how the dress has been crocheted--it has the appearance of a "bobble knit." I initially thought this was part of the crochet pattern, until I realized it was uneven and I think this might be where the person who crocheted the dress tied off their yarn. I like how it looks, but it is noticeable. I'm being detailed in my description of flaws, but the dress is striking and presents beautifully!
