A vintage late 1930s/early 1940s velvet dress with sequin trim in black and mint green. The dress has a high waist and side bell zip. It also has hook and eyes at the ends of the sleeves. The black velvet fabric feels like rayon velvet.
Size: xs (dress has narrow arms and is best with a bit of drape so as not to stress fabric/seams)
Bust: 35"
Waist: 29" (this is a high waist--14.5" below the shoulder)
Hip: 48"
Length: 56"
Condition: Very good. I have reinforced a few seams, but other seams have gaps/need reinforcement. Also, the sequins were sewn onto netting, which was sewn onto dress, and this netting is peeking out in places (see last pic)--it's noticeable if you're up close to the dress and looking for it, but it doesn't jump out at you.
