A vintage 1940s dress with a removable neck tie, button front bodice, side metal zip, and belt loops (but is missing the original belt). The navy blue polka dot/bubble print fabric feels like rayon.

Condition: Very good. When I spot treated the dress, there is an area on the bottom half of the skirt where the navy blue part of print faded slightly. The fading is so faint it's not noticeable unless you're close to fabric (see final pic)
