A vintage early 1940s dress with a detachable collar, gored skirt, slightly puffed sleeves, side zip, and back neck zip. The navy blue fabric feels like rayon crepe.

Bust: 38" (but meant to drape smaller--I would say best for max bust of 36")
Waist: 26-27" (could stretch to a snug 28")
Hip: 40"
Length: 41"
Condition: Very good. An area near the back bottom hem with some wear and a slight fade spot (see last pic)--not noticeable because of location.
