Bust: 40" (but meant to drape on smaller--max bust is about 36")
Waist: 26" at rest (will stretch to around 33" to fit over bust/shoulders)
Hip: open
Length: 42"
Condition: Very good. A small repair on front skirt that gets lots in gathering of skirt (see first two close-up photos). A few small pulls in fabric that aren't really noticeable (see last photo).
