A vintage early 1940s coat (possibly very late 1930s) with rounded/padded shoulders, soutache trim on the shoulders, a collar, a couple buttons at front waist, and long cuffed sleeves. The navy fabric feels like wool gabardine, and the jacket is fully lined. The maker's tag reads, "Little Lady Sterling." The weight of the jacket is best for a fall jacket or for early/late winter (when the weather is milder)--it's a substantial wool but isn't heavy enough for extremely cold temperatures.
Size: medium to large
Condition: Very good to excellent. One tiny (2-3 mm) unnoticeable repair on back waist of jacket. Other than that, I can't really find any flaws. For age and fabric of jacket, this piece is in excellent condition.
