A vintage 1930s tie front crop top. The fabric has a party hat novelty print on a pink background, and it feels like cotton feedsack.

Bust: best for approximately 38-42"
Waist: minimum waist is around 31", and max waist 40" (this is a high waist because top becomes a bit more cropped when it's tied)
Length of top when untied (from mid-shoulder to hem): 15"
Condition: Good. Top is sturdy and presents well, but has small flaws throughout commensurate with age and casualwear nature of garment. There are two mends--one on back shoulder and one on front waist (on the part of the waist that ties)--see first two close-up photos. There are also small spots, small pinholes, and some very faint yellowing in places (see last two photos for a couple examples of these flaws). None of the individual flaws jump out at you because of the print, but it is a worn and well-loved garment.
