A vintage 1940s jumpsuit (possibly late 1930s, but most likely 1940s) with slightly puffed sleeves. The print fabric is a liquid rayon satin. The jumpsuit fastens with fabric-covered buttons up the back bodice and zippers at the side hips, and it also has snaps at the back waist creating a drop seat.
Size: xs/small to small
Bust: 36" taut, but best for 34/35" max
Waist: 28" (will drape on smaller)
Hip: 39" taut, but best with a bit of drape
Length: 54.5"
Shoulder: 14.5" from seam to seam
Torso length: 35"
Note: the model is 5'11" (to give a sense of how the jumpsuit will fit different heights)
Condition: Very good. Slight fade in underarms that isn't noticeable, and a tiny bit of rust on a couple buttons which isn't noticeable due to print of jumpsuit. I haven't cleaned jumpsuit due to worries about color bleed and because I don't have a professional cleaner I trust, but it doesn't have stains, and I've steamed and aired it out.
