An early 20th century (c. 1900s) plaid print blouse with shoulder panels, a gathered bodice, and slightly ballooned sleeves. The top fastens with buttons up the front and on the cuffs. The fabric is a lightweight cotton with a plaid print in gray, muted black, maroon, and white.
Size: xs to small
Bust: best for 34-37" -- max bust is about 42", but the style of the blouse is meant to drape and fit smaller because of the pleating/gathering.
Length: 17" to waist and 20.5" to bottom of peplum.
Shoulder (seam to seam): 14.5-15"
Condition: Very good. Some slight yellowing and a faint water mark that didn't completely lift when I cleaned the top, but the busy print mostly hides the flaws (see the last close up photo). Top also doesn't have a fastener at the neck or waist, but I think this was part of the original design. A small mend on peplum.
