A vintage 1940s novelty print dress with chariots (they look like Roman chariots), wheels, jugs, and guitars (or maybe lutes?). The dress has a tie at the front neck, shoulder pads, a front patch hip pocket, and a belt. It fastens with hidden buttons down the bodice and top skirt. The soft, woven fabric feels like a rayon or rayon blend.
Size: medium to m/l
Bust: 41"
Waist: 30" (it would fit a 31" snugly, and fasteners at waist could be moved to more fully fit a 31" waist)
Hip: open
Length: 40.5"
Bodice length: 17"
Condition: Very good. Belt has some darkening on the buckle that I didn't want to risk removing, since there's a good chance it's rust and might get worse with treatment. There is a very faint spot on the back of the skirt that isn't really noticeable (I only noticed it when steaming the dress). There are also a handful of noticeable dark spots on the back of the right sleeve, but they don't really detract because of their location and the print of the dress. See last three pics for close-up of flaws. Dress has been cleaned.
