A vintage 1940s knit dress with beading and a soutache like trim throughout. The dress is a cream wool knit and fastens with a back neck zipper. The dress has two tags, one that reads "hand loomed," and another that reads "Glengyle, formal knits."
Size: s/m to large
Condition: Very good. A few missing beads, which isn't really noticeable. The main issue with the dress is that the covering on the beads is slowly coming off, so the dress is "shedding" (for lack of a better word). This doesn't affect it's wearability or appearance, and I'll remove all the loose material to the extent that I can before I ship the dress, but I don't think that will completely stop the process. Finally, there is very slight color bleed from the tag at the back neckline that isn't really noticeable unless you're looking for it. These flaws sound worse than they are--I'm just trying to do my best to describe the flaws!
