A late 1930s dress (possibly very early 1940s) in red and white gingham with pintucks on the shoulders, slightly puffed sleeves, trim at the neck and cuffs and buttons up the front. The dress also has underarm guards.
Bust: slightly larger than 32", so best for 30-32" bust
Waist: 26" (has belt loops, so a belt could be added to cinch smaller if desired)
Shoulder: 14" from seam to seam
Bodice length: 17"
Condition: Very good. The dress has some uneven fade--the trim and the back of the skirt are more vibrant red than the front of the dress and the back of the bodice. The fade is more noticeable in person than in the photographs (the last two photos show the fade more precisely than the wider shots), but in my mind, this is part of the beauty of the dress.
