A 1910s/1920s step-in with inset Valenciennes lace, embroidery, and a light pink ribbon around the neckline. The step-in also has smocking on each side just below the bust, and has buttons in the crotch. The lightweight fabric is likely cotton, but it could be a cotton/linen blend because it's slightly more wrinkly than other cottons.
