A vintage 1930s dress with both FOGA and NRA eagle tags. The dress has a wide lace collar, side snaps, peplum, a neckline fastener with bakelite (I haven't tested but they have the appearance/weight of bakelite) balls. I originally thought the navy blue crepe fabric was rayon, but after a fabric burn test, I believe it has silk content--likely a silk rayon blend.

Condition: Very good to good. A few pinholes and a minor repair front neckline. Most noticeable flaw is some faded spots near front hem of dress but because of location, these wouldn't be that noticeable when worn.
