A vintage novelty print rayon dress with buttons on the front bodice and smocking/gathering on the front hips. It has a hat novelty print. The fabric is yellow (almost chartreuse but still yellow) with purple hats.

Condition: Very good. Very slight unevenness in the color (not really noticeable). A couple marks on the front hip that are also not noticeable because they blend into the print--see close up photo.
