A vintage 1920s turquoise silk and gold lame gown with rhinestones at the back of the neckline, velvet trim around the neck and armholes, gathering/draping on the left front hip, and snaps/hook and fasteners on the left shoulder. The dress is lined with what feels like a thin cotton muslin to the waist in the front and to the knee in the back. The gold lame has a pattern with wings and swirls on a turquoise silk background.
Size: medium to large (there are no fasteners on sides of dress, so make sure you can slip the dress on over your head)
Condition: Very good. A couple small holes/thinning spots (see pictures #8 and #9) -- one in gathers near front waist/hip area, and one in gathers on bottom half of skirt. Also, there's another tiny hole surrounded by some darkening to fabric at side waist (see last pic). Finally, when I received the dress, it had a bit of a musty smell. I've steamed the dress and aired it outside, and I can no longer smell any mustiness. However, there's a chance the dress will smell a bit musty again in the future. (The dress is amazing and very wearable -- I'm just trying to be as honest as possible because of the age and rarity of dress.)
