A vintage 1920s navy blue silk dress with red glass buttons down the front, a red bow on the dropped waist, and red silk trim on the cuffs and collar with embroidery. The dress fastens with snaps on the bodice and waist.
Size: xs to small (meant to drape--dress fits my 34-24-34 dress form well)
Hip: 36" at drop waist, which is 22" from shoulder, and open below the drop waist
Shoulder: 17" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Sleeve length: 24"
Condition: Very good to good. Dress has a repair at back left bottom hem that wouldn't be noticeable when worn because of location (see close-up pic). A bit of color bleed on red trim. Dress also has faint water marks on front bodice and underarm discoloration. These are faint or would be hidden when worn because of location (see last two pics for close-ups--the next to last photo is more accurate in terms of lighting and flaw appearance). Despite the flaws, the dress presents beautifully! I didn't notice them until I was doing a detailed, close-up examination of the dress. The dress is also very sturdy. I haven't cleaned because I don't have a cleaner I can trust with older, delicate dresses.
