A vintage 1930s/1940s vintage knit set, likely a vintage ski set. It has a pattern in teal blue on a warm brown background. The sweater top has a zip front, and the skirt has an elastic waistband.
Size: xs to small (although the measurements might look slightly larger, I'm a medium, and the top doesn't fit me through the shoulders/arms)
Top:
Bust: 34-40"
Waist: 26-32"
Length (from shoulder to hem): 17"
Shoulder (from seam to seam): 17" (however, I believe this is drop shoulder because I measure 17" from shoulder tip to tip, and the shoulders are too small for me) -- It's probably best for someone with a 14-15" shoulder width.
Sleeve length (from seam to hem): 20"
Skirt:
Waist: 22-36" (has a lot of stretch so it can be pulled on since there are no other fasteners)
Hip: open
Length: 28"
Condition: The skirt has some minor pulls that are noticeable but not glaring. It also has a larger faded spot about 1/3 of the way down the skirt (it's on the left hip in the third photo that shows the back of the set). It is noticeable, but it could be placed on the side hip (as in last photo), and I don't think it would really jump out if worn this way.
