A vintage early 1940s workwear set (I suspect it was for a woman working during WWII)--the tag reads "women's work clothes for industrial and agricultural wear." The top has a collar, breast pocket, and buttons up the front. The pants button at the side and still have their size tag on the front waist (size 14). The fabric is a blue and ivory striped sturdy cotton twill.
Size: xs to xs/s
Top:
Bust: 36" (not meant to be worn at max--probably best for 34" or smaller)
Waist: 35"
Length: 20.5"
Shoulder (from seam to seam): 13.5"
Pants:
Waist: 25"
Hip: 38" (9" from top of waistband)
Length: 38"
Front rise: 14.75"
Back rise: 16.25"
Inseam: 25.5"
Condition: Very good. Slight discoloration on top that's barely noticeable (it lifted some when I soaked it, but I didn't do aggressive cleaning because I didn't want to risk color fade). Some scattered small spots that aren't glaring. A hand-repair on back hem of top (see last photo) that also isn't really noticeable because of location and texture of fabric.
