A vintage 1940s two-piece swimsuit by Catalina. The top is a halter style that ties at the neck and in the back. It also has a fabric loop that goes around a front button, which creates gathering between the two sides of the bust. The bottoms fasten with buttons and loops up both side seams. The chartreuse-colored exterior fabric feels like rayon, and both the top and bottoms are lined in cotton.
