A vintage early 1940s black bias cut dress with ruffled fabric--the ruffles are part of the fabric. The dress fastens with a side metal zip and a back neck early plastic zip.

Hip: 40" (but best if there's some drape)
Length: 42" (might hit slightly shorter once dress is on the wearer)

Condition: Good to very good. Slight fade to shoulders--it's noticeable but subtle. Some minor sewing imperfections. The zipper pull on the back neck zip has been replaced.
