A vintage 1940s striped bikini. The top has adjustable that button in back (and that also can be tied like a halter. The top also is lined and has an elastic panel in back that gives it some flexibility in size. The bottoms have an elastic waist and elastic around the leg holes. They also have internal side ties that make it so the gathering above the leg holes gets more "scrunched". The striped dark pink and cream fabric feels like cotton, and the maker's tag reads, "On the Half Shell by Mabs Barnes"
Size: xs/s to small
Bust: 32-35" (including bust cup) -- best for about a B cup
Waist: 25-35" (it has this much stretch, so that the elastic will fit over the hips)
Hip: best for 34-37"
Front rise: 11.5"
Back rise: 12.5"
Condition: Very good. A few places with very faint yellowing (they're not really noticeable unless you're up close to fabric and looking for them). A few places with loose stitching, but this doesn't really affect wearability/appearance. See close-up pics for more details about flaws.
