Antique Edwardian duster . vintage 1910s pink jacket
An antique Edwardian-era duster, likely for walking/riding/working, as its made out of a sturdy cotton canvas. The jacket has a pintucked bodice, corded trim in a floral/leaf pattern, decorative buttons on the sleeves, wide waistband, and collar that can be worn as pictured or fastened as a high collar. The jacket fastens with hidden buttons and hook and eyes on the front bodice and skirt.
Size: xs to small
Waist: 25 1/2" (15" from shoulder)
Condition: Very good to good. This is a worn/loved piece, but the wear gives it beauty, and there are no super noticeable flaws or flaws that affect its wearability. One sleeve is missing some fabric where one of the decorative buttons used to be (it's on the trim, and not on the sleeve itself), and the sleeve is missing some decorative buttons here--see last photo. The duster has a handful of spots: a couple unnoticeable paint spots on the skirt, a darker spot on the side skirt, and a small spot on the shoulder. Duster has slight uneven color fade commensurate with age/wear.
