Vintage 1930s (possibly earlier, but buttons lead me to believe 1930s) indigo blouse. It has a collar, a waistband, lace trim on the front bodice and sleeve hems, and decorative buttons down the front. It fastens with snaps down the front (below the decorative buttons). The striped indigo fabric is a woven cotton.

Bust: top measures 39", but best for 36" or smaller
Waist: 32" (again, best if wearer's waist is not right at max

Shoulder: 14" from seam to seam
Model is 5'11" and measures 32" bust and 24" waist, and top fits as shown
Condition: Very good. Overall wear commensurate with casual wear nature of garment. Wear in underarms that does not jump out because of location. A fade spot on front of right sleeve.
