A vintage 1930s with ruffled cape-like sleeves with a ruffled edge, and a tiered lower skirt with ruffled trim. The dress has a metal side zip -- this was added by my seamstress for ease of wear. The dress has belt loops, but is missing its original belt. The fabric is a semi-sheer woven cotton with a floral print in pinks and greens.

Bust: 35" (but best for ~33" max); model measures 32" in the bust, and dress fits as shown)
Waist: 28" (will drape on smaller; model measures 24" in the waist, and dress fits as shown)
Hip: 36-37" (but best if not right at max; model measures 34" in the hip, and dress fits as shown)
Length: 48"
Condition: Very good. The dress is home sewn, and the sleeves look slightly uneven, but due to their drape, it's not a flaw that jumps out.
